Two ladies sneakers from Nike make up the Fourth of July Pack – the Air Max 97 Zen and a Dunk High.

Using the red, white and blue to celebrate Independence Day, the Dunk features white leather, along with breathable side panels, and Varsity Royal blue on the back portion of the shoe. The contrast of the Varsity Red sole and the blue stitching is a great touch on these shoes.

The Air Max 97 Zen features a White, Dark Marina Blue and Varsity Red colorway. These sneakers are mostly white but have the red and blue accents. If you are a fan of this model, these are a simple, yet nice choice.

I found these Nike Dunks on the tM Customs blog linked here. The designer created a pair of Nike Dunks with polka dots for his girlfriend. The popularity of these shoes among fans of tM Customs lead the designer to create a few more pairs that are up for sale.

The Polka Dot Dunks mix different hues of red and pink to create a nice effect for all of the ladies out there. The pink toe box and middle panel plays off of the polka dot design that runs from heel to toe. The designer’s great care in designing and producing these custom Dunks is evident in the pictures posted here.

It turns out there are some nice perks being the son of legendary NBA star Michael Jordan, beyond the obvious. One of those perks is a personalized shoe. MJ’s son Marcus Jordan is currently rocking these Air Jordan Retro 9s.

These Marcus Jordan Player Exclusive sneakers feature multiple types of leather, with the darker colors being patent leather. To make the shoe sparkle, there is some gold featured throughout these kicks. Not only are the logos gold but so is Marcus’ number 5 located on the back of the shoe. Marc Jacobs has a good collection of sneakers. The silhouettes of these shoes are simple and clean. The colors and details are eye- catching. The collection is complete with high and low top sneakers. The more interesting varieties have a quilted pattern in the shoe upper.

The red colored upper has a large tongue which becomes its distinguishing feature. The white shoe lace and midsole complement each other. This is a high top sneaker.

The black colorway is another high top shoe. It has a plain toe box and tongue but that is coupled with a quilted midsection. The shoe upper is all back except for the midsole.

The low top, white-grey sneaker looks good. It has several grey colored accents. The mudguard, tongue and stripes are grey. Marc Jacobs has used the large tongue to be featured prominently as the shoe lace region is only half way laced. This low top design has a corresponding partner in silver color which has quilts in its midsection.

There are two gold colorways in a high top and a low top. These two editions have quilts in their midsections. The last two high top shoes are inplain white and blue. All these shoes have been designed to serve different functions. I would choose the black colorway for versatility.

With the 2008 Olympics coming up, Nike has been releasing a lot of Olympic-inspired sneakers. The latest among the Olympic sneakers are the Air Jordan I Olympic colorway.

Following the success of the Air Jordan VI Olympic colorway, the shoes hope to receive the same recognition from true Jordan enthusiasts. The pair features the traditional red, white and blue USA color scheme and the word “team” stamped on the heel. These colorway are among the best of the non-OG Jordan I colorways. No news about the release date and retail price has surfaced, but we will keep you posted once new information arrives.
