    As an already loaded holiday season approaches, what more could Jordan Brand have planned? That’s the question on the minds of sneakerheads everywhere after a suggestive tweet by @Jumpman23. If you recall, around this time last year we received confirmation on the Air Jordan 13 “Altitude” quickstrike. Perhaps something similar is in the works…stay tuned.

    Today, September 30, Nike re-released the “Metallic Silver” Nike Total Air Max Foamposite to many sneakerhead’s liking. We have witnessed a ton of unique, never-before-seen color schemes on Foamposite releases this year (“Retro”, “Electric Green”, “Pine Green”); yet, it’s always nice to see a ‘Posite sneaker in metallic silver because this color scheme and the ‘Posite series have been connected for a very long time.     Nike blessed us with a few vibrant Nike Air Foamposite Pro colorways this year such as the “Retro”, the “Electric Green” and the “Pine Green”. So, it’s hard to imagine the “Metallic Silver” Nike Air Foamposite Pro being one of the more subtle colorways on this model. Nevertheless, this shoe, along with the “Pearl” color scheme is considered two of, if not the best Foamposite Pro colorways to date.

    Vans Vault Era LX "Flannel" Lineup

    Vans continues to unleash some of its classic, beloved models in subtle color schemes for the fall/winter season. Today, we take a look at two new flannel laced Vans Vault Era LX colorways that are now available at the Nice Kicks shop. One pair, dubbed the “Castlerock” colorway, features grey flannel throughout the midfoot, side panels and collar, while the rest of the base is constructed of charcoal colored leather. The other pair, labeled the “Total Eclipse”, owns a very dark shade of blue throughout the entire flannel/leather upper. The Vans Vault Era LX “Flannel” Lineup is now available at Nice Kicks.

Burton chose the Kazuki Kuraishi low, a simple silhouette that’s being famous with its vulcanized rubber sole.

    The adidas Originals x Kazuki Kuraishi x Burton possesses sharp grey leather upper with white water repellent rubber toe cap and sole unit.     Celebrity Rewind: Wale Rocks OG Foamposite Max for XXL Freshman Cover Shoot

    Lots of people dig Foam these days, but Wale dug them from the start. For his right of passage XXL Freshmen cover, Wale put on a pair of sneakers and a scene. The DC native’s OG Nike Total Air Foamposite Maxes were as outspoken as the MC and as unrepresented as his city. Fast forward three years and this weekend’s retro sees Foamposite popularity literally at its max as the heavy shoes with a heavier price tag will sell nationwide and not just in the nation’s capitol. As you saw earlier this week he’s back in the Foam mode, fly kicks he’s been on.

    Over the years, we have witnessed a plethora of Superman inspired kicks with the most recent being the soon-to-be-released Air Jordan 4 “Doernbecher”. While we await news on that the “Doernbecher” 4s, we want to momentarily take you back to one of the most sought-after, Superman inspired Nike Training designs. Nike released the Zoom Huarache Trainer “Superman” just a couple of weeks after the “Flash” Trainers surfaced in stores. To coincide with Superman’s recognizable uniform, this Trainer possesses a deep royal leather upper with an inner bootie colored in sport red and varsity maize.

    Were you able to get your hands on the Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer “Superman”, and was it worth the money you paid for it? If not, are you wishing you would have snagged them last fall?
