  • Nike Blazer Premium SB – Kisses – Black – Midwest Gold
By on April 9th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

Premium blazer with kisses! Even the name is enough to jolt us from our seats. The pair is innovative, exciting and fun, and but the fun factor is what makes this outshine the rest of its peers in the market.

The black/gold colorway is not very common, but the combination is executed in an inspired manner to bring an air of exclusivity to this Nike. The kisses are…well, somewhere deep down, the urge to kiss these is present in everyone’s art, but who’s gonna confess, right?

This newcomer to the SB family is now available at LTD. We know that they’ll evaporate soon, so speed is of the essence!

  • Sneakerology 101 x Reebok Reverse Jam
By on April 9th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

There does exist a Sneakerology 101 class in Pittsburgh’s Carnegie Mellon University. That, and the precious time spent by worthy academics in trying to bring some light to the mysteries of sneakerdom all justifies our attitude and conviction that there’s more going on in the mind of the desiners than just marketing and sales concerns.

Yes, Sneakerology is a scientific discipline nowadays. And Reebok seems to make its own contributions to the field with this new and unusual design which brings together aspects of professionalism and courageous creativity.

The red accents on the Slate Nubuck upper represent the colors of Carnegie Mellon. We really approve of this college’s choice to bring our field under the lens of the scientific study. fittingly to the theme of the shoe, Reebok will donate the proceeds from the sale of this shoe to youth programs in Pittsburgh araa. • Nike Zoom Kobe IV – Think Pink
By on April 9th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

Created for the worthy cause of honoring the late Kay Yow, who fought breast cancer with all the might of her soul but eventually had to suffer from a heroic defeat, Nike Think Pink features a solid pink upper with minimal white highlights and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo on the heel.

Choosing nike is commitment to perseverance and determination, a statement that no matter the outcome,  you should try, try again. The memory of this courageous lady is suitable to the beliefs and principles of Nike, and we see the concept realized in a brilliantly inspired design.

It is expected that the Think Pink will drop at the House of Hoops. The pair will make an excellent choice as quality footwear, as a tribute to courage, and a sign of commitment to good causes.
