Like a shower of light in the middle of a corn field at night, this pair stuns us, surprises and strikes our senses with its fresh colors, fine design, and beautiful execution. It is pure and elegant.

The two decades old design of this Nike has survived the vagaries of time, and now stand like the lighthouse at the edge of the sea of mediocrity. Creativity and innovation, determination and commitment all find their finest expression in the design of these pairs, and we have nothing but praise for their creators.

Look, see, admire. What else can you do with such beautiful creations? There’s a chance that you can catch these at eBay before the 24th April Release. Via SucreamUSA

  • My Little Pony Air Max 90s

D@ Prince Customs just finished the final installment of a large customer order of character-based sneakers. In addition to the Enchanted and Mushroom Kingdom customs I have highlighted on MAS, D@ Prince was asked to customize some Air Max 90s with a My Little Pony theme. I found these photos at the designer’s latest Nike Talk post linked here.

D@ Prince focused on a simple design with few moving parts to keep his clients happy. The right shoe features the My Little Pony logo and the left shoe exterior has a well-crafted image of Galaxy, the pink pony from the 1980s cartoon. While the interior sides do not feature extravagant designs, D@ Prince used a purple/blue colorway to cut across the white expanse.

The client’s daughter Dakota can find her name on the heel wrap in white, a sign that these are truly one-of-a-kind shoes. D@ Prince may be moving to new projects but I was impressed by the designer’s skill at turning iconic cartoons and images into sneaker art over the past few customs. • New Balance MT580 – Navy/Grey
By on April 16th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

    new-balance-mt580-grey-navy-2
The balance of New Balance is a different kind of Balance. It is an equilibrium of power with style, of excitement with refinement, of colors with contours, and the sign of the design that comes to live is supremacy, at least in concept and idea.

The classical navy/grey color scheme of this pair does little to restrain the immense energy emitted by every single detail of the design. It is a statement, a manifesto of might, above all, and we hail the power of their conviction.

They have already caused a number of natural events, like earthquakes, thuinderstorms, tsunamis, and wildfires at the stores where they arrived recently. These pairs are too much for this world. Go catch them, rise to stand with giants, and save the world of the perils of the orphaned New Balance sneakers.

    Nike Blazer Jackie Robinson Pack
Nike has released the Blazer “Jackie Robinson” Pack in three different colorways as a tribute to Jackie Roosevelt Robinson, a monumental figure in the field of baseball. The pack features Court Blue/White, Red/White, and Black/White colorways with the Brooklyn Dodgers ‘B’ logo imprint throughout the base. The design depicts some distorted prints above the sole and around the Swoosh.
