This long awaited Hypermax has finally dropped at all three House Of Hoops locations. This one which takes it’s inspiration from the popular Charles Barkley Nike poster is definitely one of our favorite Hypermax sneakers.The shoe will make use of red, yellow, black, blue, white and purple.

Nike will be releasing two new colorways of the SB Air Zoom FC, a shoe that hasn’t been getting as much coverage lately as it has in some recent years.One of the pairs will have a predominantly forest green upper, with contrasting white details, while the other pair has a mostly white upper with kelly green accents.

Reebok and Kicks Hawaiihave just released a new Reebok Reverse Jam in two colorways. The Black pair features Kicks Hawaii’s “You Know Where We Stay” moniker being abbreviated as YKWWS on the insole. The Green pair represents Honolulu, as the company’s home and an imprint of it is located on the sneaker’s heel. The Reebok Reverse Jams both come in perforated suede with Orange accents and partly speckled midsoles.

Casey Custom Sneakers has been customizing for awhile but the mind behind the designs felt that the Musical Notes Nike Shox is some of his finest work. The Musical Notes Nike Shox was made for a client who loves music and wanted to show this love through sneaker art. I found these photos at the Casey Custom Sneakers website linked here.

The choice of the Nike Shox as a base shoe for these customs was the first sign that Casey Customs was on to something special. These Nike Shox were designed to look like sheet music found in orchestra pits and band rooms. Casey Customs spread out well-drawn musical notes on the middle panel, toe box and heel broken up by white dividers.

Casey Custom Sneakers added its special tag to the tongues to top off the Musical Notes Nike Shox. I like the fact that Casey Customs went outside of the comfort zone of Converse All Stars and Nike AF1s to work with the Shox. The client’s passion for music is matched by the excellent design skills shown on the Musical Notes Nike Shox.
