Nike Dunk High Premium Athletics North
We have seen the Nike Dunk High Premium releases from West to East coasts and now it is up North. With the buttery Black upper, the new Nike Dunk High Premium Athletics North also features a Black wool-like fabric on the collar as well as Black Swoosh. To break the monochromatic scheme on the sneaker, a White midsole, laces, tongue boarder, and outsole are applied. The tongue comes in Black/White pattern with the “Athletics North” branding. Should this be really a pick up North? $149.

  • Nike Air Max 95 – Black/Shadow Grey/Snakeskin

    Nike Air Max 95
One of the most exceptional colorways of the Nike Air Max 95 comes to be the Black/Shadow Grey/Snakeskin. The Snakeskin design texture on the side panel creates a distinction from the previous colorway releases. From the panel are two different strips of Snakeskin designs wherein the first layer comes in Beige/Brown combination and the second is a mixture of Grey and Black. The remaining parts of the shoe specifically the toebox is seen in Cream, the toe and lace holder areas in Black and the midsole in off White. With this, you can draw a conclusion – the Nike Air Max 95 reborn.

    Nike Sportswear Rivalry Collection
Nike collaborators, Cassette Playa and Parra designed jackets and shirts that match the Nike running shoes they first worked on. With this, the team came up with the Nike Rivalry Collection which consists of two shirts in multiple colors and three jackets – 2 Nylon and 1 leather Varsity style. Both designers affixed their trademarks and logos on theshirts and jackets. These will be available at selected Southeast Asian Nike Sportswear later this year.

  • visvim Fall Winter 2009 Puma Pack

A rather unusual collection coming from this brand known for subtlety and underrated-ness, visvim shows a bolder and edgier side of the brand with the Puma Pack collection. Intended for the Fall/Winter collection, the shoes were released in Tokyo’s Vogue Nippon x Comme de Garcons Magazine Alive pop-up retail space.  It includes the mid-cut shoe Bueys Trekker and the Hockney Folk, both of which offer two colorways. In both models, the puma pattern all over the upper became the distinct element that made this model seasons away from the past collection.

If you are feeling bold this season, get yourself a pair but you have to travel to Tokyo for that. View More Photos/Info

  • FRESH: Here Comes the Warrior!

    warrior-2

This morning, I came across a very interesting article written by Nick Schonberger of Highsnobiety.com. In the article, he introduced a brand that is set to conquer the American market, sneaker-wise. Born and made in China since 1935 and commissioned by the Chinese communist government as the people’s everyday shoe (Think of Hitler and Ferdinand Porsche  creating VW Beetle as Germany people’s car),  Warrior is the sneaker brand that have been in existence in China for the last 70 year but is yet to be known, let alone recognized by sneakerheads anywhere that matters.

The company, Warrior Footwear LLC,  has sealed a deal to release the brand through elite stores Alife Rivington, Bodega and Union. The deal was already put to motion last Fall and with that, the sneaker market landscape may just about to change.
