  • Custom Air Jordan XII – “Jay-Z Concert”
By on March 19th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

Custom sneakers usually come from Nike. Such as Dunks or Air Force 1s. But here we see a custom that is something out of the ordinary. Custom Air Jordans are hardly seen, i have maybe seen a couple since paying attention to sneakers. The only way a designer would customize a pair of Jordans is if it was inspired after a global icon that is known by millions. Well this Custom Air Jordan XII is certainly honoring a icon, and is know by millions beyond any doubt. These weren’t made for Jay-z, but were inspired after him. Sneaker customizer Intrxn is the mind behind this monument. This design was to be kept a secret, but thanks to Sneakerobsession.com, we have a look at this beauty. Check out what the designer, Intrxn, had to say about his masterpiece. Major props to Intrxn.

    In the words of Intrxn:

Elvis “You Get Out of Life What You Put In

Elvis T. from Chicago contracted me to work on a very special Jordan. The rule was that I was to do something I have never done before. The Jordan 12 release date View More Photos/Info

  • Air Jordan VI GS – White/Rainbow
By on March 18th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

    Air Jordan VI GS White/Rainbow
Brand Jordan do not always pay attention on what is going to be hot but it tends to create colorways that are less interesting like the Air Jordan VI GS in White/Rainbow combo. This can easily be described to be having a White leather upper with Rainbow midsole and an icy outsole. The dark tongue displays another hint yet what comes prominent is the lace lock bearing the Jumpman logo. Air Jordan retailers should be displaying this on their shelves by next month. Nike Sportswear Match Classic HF x UNDERCOVER x Fragment Design
One of the best collaborator tandems was formed when Fragment Design crew, Hiroshi Fujiwara partnered with UNDERCOVER in an exclusive teamwork with Nike Sportswear. The Match Classic HF was unanimously picked by the group to work on.

As an output, we now see a simple yet attractive construction of the classic casual shoe that mainly made up of suede upper. The lace panel highlights a zigzag edge and detailed minimal perforation appears on the lateral. A tiny embroidered Black Swoosh shows up on the midfoot area.

Furthermore, the Nike Sportswear Match Classic HF received a special White rubber sole with labels recognizing UNDERCOVER and Fragment Design as well as a zip-design skirting on the upper part of the midsole. Original shoe laces were being accompanied by complementary set in different shade.

This shoe comes very timely in a selection of colorways that includes Green, Orange, Lemon, Black, and off-White. During this warm season, View More Photos/Info
