The new Vans Vault is designed by Taka Hayashi, giving it the name “Akat LX”. It comes in three styles, two in Tan premium leather and one in Brown suede, all with detailed patterns and Hayashi’s logo on the insole. Silas, a clothing brand has tied up again with Vans for coming up with this Silax x Vans Sk8-Hi as part of the Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The shoe’s frontal is predominantly in black color with white stitching details and the side panels feature a black and white color making the Silas logo as the pattern topped with the traditional Vans strip logo in leather. This SK8-Hi is also accented with red found on the tongue and white midsole piping. And finally, a pair comes with a two different color of shoe laces, red and white.
