“Selvedge Denim” gets the starring role on the latest Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel Lyte III collaboration. White branding and red accents highlight these jean joints, with release details unknown but likely disclosed in the latest issue of Sneaker Freaker.

Yesterday, Jordan Brand lanched the 28th model in the Air Jordan line, the Air Jordan XX8. Inspired by pure performance, the model adopts a completely new look and feel than the line has ever had before. During the event, we had a chance to sit with a few of the designers, Tinker Hatfield and Josh Heard, and learn more about the working of the shoe and its performance attributes. With a military boot as inspiration and the new Flight Plate adding a new level of responsiveness, we give you our first hands-on impression of the new sneaker. Premium mesh and suede materials on the upper prepare the adidas Torsion Allegra “Camo” to be a hit upon its return to shelves. Camouflage motif accents on the heel and side panels work with a white midsole and laces to provide contrast. The shoe is finished with a structural overlay, and will be available in January 2013. However, you can now pre-order them from select retailers, such as End Clothing.

This shoe is systematic, but can it be customized? It sure can. The Nike Kobe 8 System iD brings new options to the table, offering four different cushioning choices as well as a ranging color palette. Lunarlon and Zoom Air insoles vary in responsiveness and ride, while Nike+ compatibility is available for those with or in need of a Sport Pack. Users will be able to start designing at some point today, with the product launching for sale on December 20th.
