The Nike Zoom Kobe VIII Hornets will in all probability hit the stores in late 2012. The color combination seems to be inspired by the colors of the erstwhile Charlotte Hornets, now known as the New Orleans Hornets.

These low top basketball kicks are colored blue / purple; with hyperfuse being used for the camouflage upper. There’s reflective 3M branding and heel stripes complete the look. The context of this color combination is of course the fact that Kobe was exchanged by the Hornets to the Lakers for Vlade Divac. These are priced at more than $300.

The Nike Zoom Kobe 8 “Christmas” is another awaited iteration of this design.
