Earlier this week, we notified you of the Jordan Fly Wade 2 Black/White-Varsity Red releasing on December 7, 2011. We have now learned that the Jordan Fly Wade 2 Varsity Red/White will also release some time this month. If you recall, this colorway of Wade’s second signature model was unveiled at the Jordan Brand Flight Forum in early October. Stay tuned for the official introduction of the Jordan Fly Wade 2 next week.

The “Volt” Kobe VII is the best color scheme I have seen on Kobe’s seventh signature model so far. Volt is usually a very eye-popping, vibrant scheme, but it is applied subtlety on the Kobe VII. I’m really liking this silhouette more and more with each passing photo. Nike needs to hurry up and release specs regarding this sneaker.

Overseas retailer CHAPTER has hooked up with adidas to create a winterized version of the Hardland model. It features an all-wheat colored base comprised entirely of suede.  One of the most distinctive attributes on this shoe is the uniquely shaped print on the heel and along some parts of the side panels. Other features include perforations on the collar, boot-like laces and a gum bottom.

Earlier this week, we revealed to you Washington Wizards wingman Nick Young’s explanation of his “not wearing Jordans anymore” comment. Besides stating that he was simply frustrated with what he had heard from the owners (particularly Michael Jordan), Young stated that he would return to wearing Jordans because he was a big Michael Jordan fan at heart growing up. Don’t be so quick to click away. If Kanye championed the “Infrared” 6s or “Aqua” 8s then Justin Timberlake gets the credit on the Air Jordan 3 “Flip”. Four years ago the first “Flips” caught cameras pre-CSS era as JT rocked them on reg, making the inverted elephants a pre-dated My 5 candidate. Since then Justin’s gravitated towards hard-bottoms and Spizikes, but here’s to hoping he cops the “Black Flips” tomorrow.
