FACT: Brian Wilson is a strange guy. FACT: Brian Wilson is also a funny guy. The San Fran closer welcomed pop culture fame for his personality over the last year, and now you can front like you make MLB bucks. Carry the Taco Bell as a solid nod to his current gig slinging Chalupas, but also because it’ll save you from having to fight off a bunch of drunk ghosts, jokers and vampires at the local taco truck at 2 AM.

When thinking about all of the signature sneaker lineups out there for basketball players, you sometimes have to assess which ones look like they are going to be in it for the long haul. It has been said that a good way to gauge that would be if the shoe has gotten past its 5th model and has moved onto the 6th which we think is a very good sign that the shoe is in for a lot of success. Just look how far the Air Jordan lineup was by their 5th sneaker. Today we are going to be looking at the latest shoe from a successful lineup, this is the new Nike Zoom Kobe VII Supreme in Black, White and Del Sol.

This is definitely a great looking shoe that has been getting reviews and we think that this colorway will only help its cause.

Just want to buy a pair of Nike Zoom Kobe 7 – Black Smoke right now? Nike Zoom Kobe 7 – Black Smoke.

Finally, Kobe Bryant’s signature line has moved a notch up giving a hint for a LeBron competition with the new Nike Zoom Kobe 7. This latest release gives a way different aura compared to the previous Kobe versions that were mostly revealed in scaly construction. Although the Black Mamba spirit is still present in this Kobe 7 it is only seen in a minimal appliqué.

Rather than placing up the same pattern, Nike came up with the idea of a Corduroy-like design a concept that depicts vertical embossed stripes with diamond quilted detailing. Pebbled leather makes the tongue with Kobe’s logo while the heel continues to bear his signature. A unique assembly has been implemented with the detachable insole that comes with the tongue for easier maintenance. To accentuate the lateral, white Swoosh is used to give balance to the duo-colored midsole.

This latest Kobe pack is soon to be released at myHoopChina and other Nike retailers.
