Most sneaker aficionados bring arts into the shoe industry while others would draw inspiration from music like the DJ Mars exclusive New Balance project. By choosing the New Balance 574 as his canvas, the legendary figure in the US electronic dance music industry, DJ Mars made a promising design that’s inspired by “The Low End Theory”, a second album by hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest. Although the influence is from a classic release, DJ Mars knows how to jive the sound by incorporating the colors found in the album cover into a modern tune.

Today, one of New Balance’s popular icons, the 574 has gotten dressed up in green, red, and black combo. To go down in details, the shoe’s toe box and collar are made of green mesh while green buttery suede covers the entire midpanel including the mudguard. The N logo comes in red with black outline whereas the heel tab and ankle detailing are done up in red suede. Black suede builds the heel with embroidered label, “Low End” (left) and “Theory” (right). Finally, the ENCAP sole unit takes the darkest component that goes with the inner liner.

Now that LeBron James’ ninth signature sneaker is up, its production into many different colorways is becoming unpredictable. Aside from the basic combination of colors, various themes are also into use to create more attractive color schemes. As of the latest release, Nike unveils the Scarface, a concept that’s based in a movie about a persistent Cuban immigrant in Miami that succumbs to greed.

Amazingly, the fundamental colors, black, red, and white are mustered up to form LeBron’s most recent shoe, the Nike LeBron 9. So for a clean foundation, white leather is used on the shoe base with white Flywire toe box that consists of red Flywire threading. The other half of the shoe shows off a black carbon fiber paneling featuring white Swoosh. Red hits are present on the Swoosh, heel pull tab as well as the 360 full length sole unit. Black midsole and inner liner are also acknowledged in this pack.

The Scarface is quite an abstract thought but with this Nike LeBron 9 you will see more than what you have expected, both in looks and in performance. Official release date will be on November 4^th with a retail price of $170.
