Since its introduction  in 1973, the Nike Blazer has been causing yearly and monthly firestorms in the sneaker scene. Many sneaker lovers have been blown away in the process, and no doubt, many more will be, but there’s no point in complaining about the natural.

This version of the Nike Blazer is fresh and alive as the first version more than three decades ago. But the spirit of triumph is all new, and the secret of the success of Nike lies in this spirit too. There will be a day when people look back and smile approvingly of the

The world will be set on fire when the Blazer is released in Novemeber. When they are gone from the stores, there will be nothing but ashes and champions. This is not something to be missed. Via FootLocker Unlocked.

  • Nike Air Force 1 Low – Armed Forces 2009 – Military Quickstrike

This mighty pair from Nike Air Force 1 features a stern and clear design which combines unmistakable power with a manly beauty. The colors suit the scheme well, and as you’d expect from Nike, the form of the pair is exceptional and brilliant.

There are many things that make this pair stand out from the rest of the military-inspired designs in the market. In accordance with the decision to purify the design of the creation, Nike has implemented grid nylon construction for the pair with white midsole and laces, which avoid any kind of childish extravagance with the determination of true hero. If you’re one of those heroes, either in the military, or in any other field of life, these are perfect for you. Via Sole Collection

  • Ultimate Wolverine Dunk Highs

Mizzee Customs was asked by a customer to turn some Nike Dunks into a shrine to the popular Marvel character Wolverine. The much-anticipated movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine dropped last Friday but Mizzee used the Ultimate X-Men version of Wolverine on these Dunks. These photos were found at the designer’s MySpace page linked here.

The left sneaker shows Wolverine in one of his berserker rages, holding his adamantium claws in anticipation of a battle. The right sneaker portrays Wolverine punching forward with his left set of claws while keeping his right claws back to counter his opponent’s next move. The interior side of the left shoe has the mysterious character barely visible in a dark room with a most of his face obscured by his shiny claws. Mizzee Customs went as far as engraving claw marks on the toe to simulate the battle scars created by Wolverine.

I liked the choice of the Ultimate Wolverine for these Nike Dunks rather than the traditional version of the character. Wolverine is an enigma to his friends and enemies, living in the underbelly of every place that he goes. The Ultimate Wolverine Dunk Highs show an honest version of this famed Marvel character for a diehard X-Men fan. You can reach Mizzee Customs at [email protected] if you want to capture your favorite comic book characters in sneaker form.

  • Nike SFB Boot – Hiroshi Fujiwara Sample
By on May 7th, 2009 | No Comments Comments

    nike-sfb-boots-black-purple-1-570x423

We have reviewed the Nike SFB boot here before, and now we learn that the masters of the Far East, Hiroshi Fujiwara, have decided to add their own touch of innovation and creativity to this supreme sample from Nike.

The black/purple combination stresses the mission of this boots in an easily recognizable fashion. The pair itself is as creative as it can be, and coupled with this excuiting color combination, its punch is delivered with doubled power and conviction.

We can’t wait to see these released. But the worry is that they may come in very limited numbers, if they are ever released. via HF

It’s been a minute since the Half Cab saw a Vault release but making its return for the Holiday Season are two new Vans Vault Half Cabs. The new Half Cabs come in two different color ways, black and white and tonal brown. The Half Cabs emphasize exaggerated accent stitching all over the upper, quite similar to the piping on the Nike Vandal. Look for these Cabs later this year, around the Holiday season. Stay tuned for more. Via: Marcus  Troy
