Adidas Forum Lo 25th Anniversary Collection - Shoe Gallery in Miami

To further celebrate the Forum model’s 25th anniversary, Adidas has released these Forum Lo’s. Adidas previously released Forum High’s earlier in the year. If you like this shoe model, Adidas has several different color schemes to pick between.

These sneakers are collaboration with a new wave of stores who will sell a limited run of sneakers this April. Shoe Gallery in Miami, Self Conscious in Chicago and Expressions in Boston will offer styles that set out to capture the character and diversity of each retail spot.

The most subtle colorway is the Miami version, featuring grey, turquoise and black. If you prefer red, you can get your Forum Lo’s in red, white and black in the Expressions Boston version. If you want to take a walk on the wild side, check out the color scheme repping Chicago that features a wild design that uses baby blue, red and white as its color scheme.

These shoes are $100 retail. Via Complex

New Balance CM576 Canvas - Purple

Although New Balance has never been known for their flash, they usually have solid releases. These New Balance Canvas CM576 shoes are another example of New Balance coming through. While unspectacular, you can rock these shoes with ease.

The hotter look of the two is the purple version, which utilizes two different shades of purple. While the shades are quite similar, you can notice the difference upon closer inspection.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a versatile shoe, it doesn’t get much more versatile than the black version of the New Balance Canvas CM576 line. These shoes are classically styled in almost all black, with smidgens of white and metallic silver. You can get these shoes right now at Flauge.

Reebok x Caliroots “Staff” Pack #1

Check out this collaboration between Reebok and Caliroots with four different sneakers in the pack, each inspired by one of the members of the Caliroots staff. With several different styles for both men and women, you are sure to find on that you will like.

The cleanest look in the pack is white colorway pictured above. Using patent leather and yellow accents, this is my personal favorite.

The version with the red, white and black color scheme is the flashiest of the pack, especially with its red shoe laces. Another version uses black, white and multi shades of gray to end up with a laidback look. For the ladies, the pink and metallic silver version is sure to garner some attention.

This pack will be released on Saturday, April 5th by Caliroots. Each style is limited to 300 pieces. Via High Snobiety.

  • Nike Dunk Hi Worldcup Edition – Sweden/ Korea

Nike Dunk Hi Worldcup Edition - Sweden
Nike Dunk Hi World Cup Edition is released with two editions. Check them out at Nike.

The Swedish edition has a blue/ white/ yellow colorway. There is a good mix of leather so the shoe has lots of quality in it. The toe box has tiny perforations. It has a border of shiny blue leather. The shoe lace holes are lined in the section that has blue, smooth leather. The next section is white leather. Over this runs the yellow Nike swoosh. The section at the heel is blue colored, rough leather. Around the top ankle of the shoe, the material is a composite type of fabric. The back stab at the heel has a shoe hanger. The midsole is white and a striking contrast against the blue sections of the shoe upper. The outsole is blue.

The red Nike Dunk Hi World Cup is for Korea. The main difference between this red shoe and the Swedish edition is that it has a large section made from red fabric composite. The toe box and borders are made from red, shiny leather. The panel at the heel is red reptile leather as the pattern on the leather can be seen as made up of small squares. The outsole is red.

Both Dunks are nice looking. I prefer the Swedish edition for a more conservative look.

  • Adidas Gazelles Honor Mark Gonzales

Adidas has produced a new pair of Gazelles in honor of skateboarder Mark Gonzales. Gonzales became a pioneer in skateboarding by performing tricks in the San Francisco-era during the 1980s. His work as a street skater helped break the sport out of its niche into the general public.

The Adidas Mark Gonzales Gazelle has brown suede with white leather stripes. The Adidas symbol on the heel tag is an electric blue to match the skateboarder’s signature on the edge of the third stripe. Adidas also placed the signature and the skateboarder’s name in print on the tongue tag to show the importance of his accomplishments. The major distinction between regular Gazelles and the Mark Gonzales Gazelles is a ridged black edge running along the front part of the outsole.

I love the original Adidas Gazelles and I think that it is great that the company is honoring a legend in the sport. The colorway and blue accents work well together to spruce up one of the company’s signature shoes. These shoes will be spreading like wildfire in the month of April so a trip to your local skate shop now wouldn’t be a bad idea.

  • Nike Super Blazer Low – Black Woven

Nike Super Blazer Low - Black Woven #1

A new woven edition of the Nike Super Blazer Low is expected to hit the shelves in the next couple weeks. You may have read about a white version coming out soon and now this is its black counterpart.

The black woven upper is complemented with a white sole and blue laces. One thing that stands out is the black toe cap on the sole.

In my opinion, the woven shoes always look better in darker tones, so this shoe should be a good option for Blazer fans.

Look for the Nike Super Blazer Low at local retailers in upcoming weeks. Via Sneaker News.
