    Air Jordan 2010

The Air Jordan 2010, the 25th version of basketball’s most successful shoe line ever. The designers of the shoe teamed up with Michael himself and came up with the concept of transparency. The transparent circle in the middle of the shoe is a transparent thermoplastic urethane window and was inspired by the way MJ sees through his opponents while only revealing the parts of his game he wanted to. And for the shoe to have a stylish entrance it will be worn by the Brand’s newest and probably most high-profile endorser in Dwyane Wade at All Star Weekend in Dallas.
At the moment there are people who are saying that the shoe is pretty ugly specially with that transparent circle in the middle of the shoe, and that they were expecting something much better with the design specially with Michael himself being a part of the design team. But people have done that before, criticizing Air Jordans on how they look, saying they won’t buy them specially with the price tag on Jordans but once they come out the market you could see long lines on every shoe store on the block, people wanting to get a pair even if they’re worth $190, wanting to be the first to wear the Jordans in their neighbourhood. It’s an Air Jordan, it’s an iconic shoe just like the Air Force 1. The shoe is coming out Feb. 13 at a retail of $170, and definitely I’m one of those wanting to get a pair of these.

Nike Womens Air Max 97 Silver/Pink
Never one to forget about the needs of the lady sneakerheads out there (of which there are a whole lot more than you might actually think), Nike has just released this new pair of Air Max 97’s for the females with asilver and pink colorway. Some may compare this one to somewhat of an OG colorway but with a bit of a twist.First off, the predominantly silver upper on these is quite shimmery compared to the silver that was featured on the OG’s was which admittedly a bit dull comparatively. Also, with the OG’s the accented color was of course not pink, but red.Either way, these are a really nice pair of sneakers for the ladies that closely enough resemble the classics to give them a bit of extra appeal. These ones are available for purchase in stores at the time of this writing, so what are you waiting for ladies?

As most of you probably know yesterday, January 18, 2010, was Martin Luther King Jr day. To honor MLK Nike has came out with a number of Player Exclusives. One of them is this Nike Hyperize, which was worn by a couple of NBA players yesterday. The list includes Pau Gasol, Stephen Curry, and a couple more NBA players.

The MLK Nike Hyperize comes in a grey/black/green/red colorway. The colors are meant to honor the African heritage. Most of the shoe in done up in grey including the upper. Red is seen on the toe, while green is featured on the outsole. Black is placed on the Nike Swoosh, laces, and tongue. This is one of the best Nike Hyperizes we have seen, and Nike did a real good job by showing respect to one of the most iconic people ever.
