Adidas Top Ten Hi White/Navy Blue
It is nice to see some classic looking basketball sneakers such as this Adidas Top Ten Hi White/Navy Blue making such a strong force in the market these days.Personally we are huge fans of the high top simple basketball shoe of the era that shoes like this one comes from and they have stood up the test of time both on and off the court. This one is made up predominantly of white leather which blends perfectly into the clean white midsole. The patented three stripe Adidas pattern is done in navy blue as well as two section on the top of the heel and a small section of piping above the tongue of the shoe.Minimal red accents can be found as well on the back section near the heel which adds just the right amount of contrast.Red text pays homage to the shoe’s 30th anniversary on the tongue.

Nike Air Max Lebron VII Cool Grey/Varsity Royal
A while back we saw some new Air Max Lebron VII’s that featured a predominantly cool gray colorway, with the accents in red, orange or blue. The red and orange pairs were pretty prominently displayed but we were still having a hard time getting a look at what the blue pair would look like. Finally we have some much better and more detailed pictures of the Nike Air Max Lebron VII Cool Gray/Varsity Royal that we are more than happy to share with you all.Personally, this is our favorite pair of the new cool gray based Air Max Lebron VII’s and we think that the blue color accents really well with the soft cool gray. Our sources as of right now are telling us that these shoes will be an Eastbay exclusive release although we are still waiting to hear more information pertaining to an exact release date for them.

    Nike Air Max Tailwind 2010
This classic running shoe really came back in with a bang in 2009 and hit the ground running. The Tailwind especially, which was the first ever Nike shoe to feature a visible Air unit will be coming back again for 2010 as well and it ahs us really excited. This one features a visible Air unit that pretty much takes up the whole sole of the shoe and couple with the ultra breathable upper this is looking like one of the most comfortable runners that you could slip your foot into.So far for 2010 there have been two colorways that have been announced, which will be a black and white version as well as a gray and neon green version. There are certainly a lot of choices out there this upcoming season to help you get back into shape when Spring hits, will the Tailwind be the first choice among runners?

    Nike Blazer High Space Jam
First things first, we should get it out of the way right from the beginning. These shoes are in no way officially affiliated with Jordan Brand or with the Space Jam sneakers in any way. That being said, looking at the colorway on these it is no wonder why certain sneakerheads have already started dubbing them as the Nike Blazer High Space Jams.In actuality they are a pretty simple sneaker compared to some of the other Blazers that we have seen as of late but that doesn’t take anything away from the shoe itself. They will feature an all black leather upper that sits on top a white vulcanized sole and then features a royal blue strip separating the sole from the upper.Sure they may not be the real thing, but when it comes to the colorway, this one surely has it down. These ones are available in stores now.

    Air Jordan Alpha 1 iD
It all started from the Nike iD program and now it is produced in various colorways ready for purchase. I am talking about the Air Jordan Alpha 1 iD which is now being offered by selected Nike retailers. This Nike iD-inspired sneaker acquires a heavily perforated-like toebox, mid panel, and tongue with leather wrap-up on the remainder. The three colorways available are the Yellow/Black which owns a White Swoosh and inner liner. Next is the White/Purple with Grey Swoosh, and finally, the Dark Grey/Grey which Swoosh and inner liner appear in White. Air Jordan logo is displayed on the tongue and printed on the ankle area, allowing onlookers to easily identify it. There is a visible stitching on the midsole that probably melds the sole and the upper for maximum strength. However, Nike provides an option for each customer to change the sole of their choice as yet an extended part of the iD program. If you wish to create your own and have your preferred touch on your classic icon, just visit any Air Jordan outlet now.

  • Nike Zoom V “Dark Knight”

    Dark Knight

The Nike Zoom Kobe V in Black/Black-Dark Grey-Neptune Blue, the “Dark Knight,” will have a limited online availability this Saturday, January 23rd on NikeBasketball.com. Select stores will also be carrying these starting the same day. Metallic-finished electric blue is put to work on the fore- and midfoot, which pops right off of the matte and shiny black finishes used elsewhere. Grey is also used in abundance, while the shoe sits on an icy outsole.
Worn by Kobe Bryant, who many considers the best ball player right now, it’s a low-top championship tested shoe and is another addition to the Nike Zoom Kobe V line of shoes.I would want to get a pair of these not only because of the color combination but also because of good reviews of the shoe. Players who play the Guard position, whether it be the 1 or the 2, would be those I would recommend to wear them because it is very light on the foot, something you would want when you run up and down the court going on a break.
