If you have seen the movie Swingers or just about any show set in Las Vegas, you are familiar with the images on S4’s Welcome to Las Vegas Vans. S4 of Sole Creations used the entrance and exit signs to the city of Las Vegas as inspiration for his latest customs. I found these photos at the Sole Creations Customsnkr.com blog linked here.

The long toe box of the Vans slip-ons serves as the perfect canvas for Las Vegas signage. S4 allowed the Welcome to Las Vegas sign to spread away from the toe box to the side panels, symbolizing the excesses and lack of boundaries in Las Vegas casinos and resorts. The left shoe is the “Drive Carefully” sign that worn out and hungover revelers see as they leave Las Vegas for home.

S4 did a fantastic job in capturing the bright colors of Las Vegas signage while celebrating these iconic images. He added a set of rolling dice on the interior of the left shoe and the right interior depicts a stack of chips. The designer also added a royal flush on the right exterior, showing the promise of great fortune that every card player brings to the blackjack table. The Welcome to Las Vegas Vans encapsulate the fun that can be had in Sin City whether its craps, blackjack or a drive down the Strip.
