    Ubiq Fatima Native Pack

The new Fatima pack is out from Japanese footwear company, Ubiq.

The Ubiq Fatima Native Pack takes Native Indian geometric shapes and designs to incorporate them into these shoes. The sneakers in this pack are simple, yet modern-looking. The shoes feature a nubuck upper and a vulcanized sole.

They come in four different colorways, including Brown, Green, Navy and Grey. The brown shoes are subtle, contrasted by black inside, while the green are also rather muted with a darker green inside. The other two shoes are more bold.

The navy version features a bright yellow inside, which is very eye-catching. The grey is complemented with a bright red. The Native Pack is available right now at Atmos-Tokyo for 15,750 yen (about $ 145 USD).

  • Ubiq Vitriols for Autumn 2007

The shoes pictured above are the latest offerings by shoemaker Ubiq for autumn 2007. These three colorways offer a rainbow splash over casual shoes that is refreshing for even the most skeptical shoe fans. I particularly enjoy the middle pair with the tan/olive/black combination because it would match well with almost anything in your closet.

I would like to encourage skeptics of the Ubiq Vitriol for autumn 2007 to put aside their preconceived notions of what a shoe is and take in the Vitriol for its merits. The Ubiq Vitriol may look a little like a bowling shoe but it is stylish and your friends will want to run out to get their own pair. Check the Ubiq website in upcoming weeks to find other styles in the autumn 2007 collection and compare the Vitriol to its shoe brethren.
