Did you ever wonder why the Nike Ace 83 Autoclave or better known as Houndstooth is called as such?  Well, the name Houndstooth is basically for the patterns that were used in the inner liner of the shoe that has a mix of tan and brown to better accentuate colors.

The Nike Ace 83 AC or Autoclave is only available at selected Nike retailers.  Although the Nike Ace 83 has not yet reached recognition similar to what the Dunk TZ and Delta Force has achieved, it remains a competitive Nike product because of its subtle design and subdued colors.  The monochromatic effect that Nike Ace 83 AC has been getting raves from many shoe lovers.
