There are millions of comic book and movie fans anticipating eagerly the July 18th release of The Dark Knight. I am a huge fan of Batman Begins and the second coming of the Batman movie series is fantastic. Custom designer TWiTCH has voiced this collective anticipation for this movie with a pair of Dark Knight customs using the Vans Skate Hi.

The images below show the various portraits and profiles of Batman. The first image below is my favorite because the outline of Batman within the darkness of Gotham City is representative of the character’s dark nature. The remaining images mix the starkness of comics like Sin City with the familiar image of The Dark Knight.

TWiTCH has created a fantastic pair of customs that should inspire copycats over the next few months. The designer’s MySpace page is linked here and allows access to the designer for orders and additional questions.
