    Vans East vs West Pack
For the new Vans ‘East vs West’ Pack, two streetwear labels helped in designing two of the most interesting high tops bearing the name Vans. Crooks & Castles provided a monochromatic Black high top upper with embossed stripes pattern, Crooks & Castles logo on the tongue and Crooks & Castles-Vans label on the side. The sole comes in a White vulcanized rubber and it goes with the top eyelets. The other pair was designed by Acapulco Gold using off-White suede, leather, and White nylon mesh with Green accent. Nike WMNS Dunk High Premium
It has been a while that we haven’t seen of any Nike Dunk High for women. Uncovering what we thought is impressive for the ladies, here’s what we got – a high top in Grey base with multi-color accent. The toe, mid-section, and heel were made up of Grey nylon with gradient multiple colored mudguard, lace panel, and quaretr panel. A Metallic Silver Swoosh steals a sight even from afar. Bottom wise, this women’s Dunk High owns a White midsole with Grey outsole and laces. [Overkill]

  • Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar – Yellow Ochre/Del Sol
By on March 31st, 2010 | No Comments Comments

We all just saw the Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar QS Dinosaur Jr. Most sneakerheads loved the colorway, but the design wasn’t loved by many. We may have that same situation with this SB Zoom Omar Salazar. The time around Omar Salazars signature sneaker comes in a Yellow Ochre/Del Sol colorway. Most of the sneaker is constructed with suede. Also featured on the sneaker is flywire. Black is seen on the tongue tag, inner lining, and outsole. To give the design a nice look, white is added to the shoe laces and midsole. Overall, the shoe gives off boot look. Skateboarders are bound to love the sneaker, so these shouldn’t be available for a long time. These are available now at overseas retailers, but expect a release in the states sometime soon.

    Carhartt x Vans Authentic Pack
Carhartt Europe has again made a nice turnout and this time it’s with Vans. This Spring/Summer 2010 they worked on a pack of Authentics where it’s made up of low top sneakers with suede and ripstop nylons for uppers. You can see the Carhartt logo all over the shoe but the most impact on the logo is on the tongue tag next is the Vans logo on the heel. Watch out for this soon. [Highsnobiety]

  • Nike Air Max Hyperize Final Four Pack
By on March 30th, 2010 | No Comments Comments

Some consider specific numbers as lucky ones while some do not believe on it at all. Even if you have faith with the idea of feng shui or not the Nike stand with its ground for the number four. With the previous review about the two sneakers included on the said pack, two more deserve a place in this article. The Nike Air Max Hyperize Final Four Pack obviously has four striking shoes that are now available on selected Nike retailers. The first two pairs got the inspiration from Purdue and Duke. What left to us is a pair with navy, white and red colorway where it utilized a navy blue patent leather material, white Flywire and red Max Air unit. On the other hand, the other pair has black, red and white colorway that used slick patent black leather material on its mudguard and red Flywire for its quarter panels. What do you think of the final four pack?
